Try It You'll See
Every time you hear something, or say something it could have two different meanings. One is intentionally positive and constructive one. The other is accidentally negative and destructive.
What more can you do?
Leaders, that was one too. John O'Leary said it in his Paper Napkin Wisdom Interview. His napkin said, "What more can you do?" During the interview we discussed how that simple phrase, and so many other ones can have two very different interpretations. Postive or negative. Try it out with other phrases and you'll see that so many of them can be understood through two very different lenses. How you hear them is really up to you - and so many times on email, text, and even voice mail we are prone to misunderstanding the meaning of these kinds of phrases. Here's a trick, though. If you enter the day intentionally positive you create a bias toward progress. A bias towards constructive comments and momentum. With positive intent, nothing could be misunderstood to stand in your way. Make it a great day,Govindh@WiseNapkin
